This hotel is very nice and modern. The location is also very nice and plenty to do if would like to walk around catch a bite. They park your vehicle, they also bring your vehicle to you. They make sure they open your door. The rooms were big and roomy and clean. The only section I notice a bit dirty is the bathrooms. Either then that the hotel is very nice and comfortable.

This is an AMAZING property !!! We're all human and make mistakes. How a property reacts when an issue arises tells one everything they need to know. This property handled an issue exceeding expectations while going above and beyond in every measure. Definitely a property worthy of AAA 4-Diamonds rating and a property that will continue to receive my loyalty when staying in the Dallas area. Such a breath of fresh air in the hospitality industry.

Not a great hotel for the price. The staff was nice but seemed overworked. Positives: - Location is excellent, lots of places in walking distance - Restaurant in the hotel is great, food was very good - Very clean overall, and everything is kept tidy Negatives: - Room had a broken light fixture, and a loose dimmer handle for the lights, and the bathtub fixtures/plates were loose & coming off. Not what I expect for upwards of $300+ a night. - They initially gave us the wrong room, had to bring our luggage back down and get the correct one. - Not very quiet. There are many places nearby that play music until 3am and can be heard from the room even several stories up. - We asked for something to be brought up to the room, but they forgot about us. Had to go down and get it myself. - The bed sheet was the wrong size and kept coming off every night. The pillows were very uncomfortable. I had to go out and buy some pillows.

Christian, the assistant manager, is amazing! I enjoyed my weekend stay at the Kimpton in Dallas for my boyfriend’s birthday. The whole entire staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were also very fast with any requests; it felt like a 5-star hotel. Very clean, nicely decorated, and lots of amenities like the fire pit, pool and hot tub, board games, lots of cool places to sit, fitness center, and restaurant/bar! One of my favorite hotels that I have stayed in for sure.

Overall great experience here! We just stayed one night but the beds were comfy, tv allowed you to stream from your phone, and the staff was friendly. We will definitely be back if we are ever in Dallas again.

They took care of us from the moment we entered the hotel. I've always stayed at a Kimpton whenever I could, but these days we're traveling with a baby. I asked for a crib the day of booking and they were able to put the crib in the room the day of check-in. Normally we have to call the front desk to ask for it BUT NOT THIS TIME 🙌🏾. In addition to Patrick giving us a warm greeting making us feel welcome the hotel and the room are in great condition. There aren't any issues and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. We're new to the area so I'll be making this my favorite hotel for our Dallas visits.

Oh man I am so glad I stayed here. Worth every penny. Every front desk staff I spoke with was so friendly. They allowed me to check in very early which never happens for me. The room was clean, modern, updated and cozy. The bed was so comfy. The pool was small but such a vibe and never overcrowded. I had a few meals at the bar and the food was great and the bartenders are seriously the best. The location was perfect. 🤌🏻
